If when you have received an item, and there is an issue, please please get in touch, I will try my hardest to resolve any problems. I know the upset feeling when waiting excited for an item which arrives damaged, and although my items are thoroughly wrapped, and packed safety, we all know how crazy couriers drive. 

Please note, although i am always happy to meet specific dates for that special gift, i cannot be held responsible for postal timescales if all effort has been made to ensure this reaches you in time.

All of my bespoke work is sold as seen. I try to take a variety of images to ensure you see the item in its true beauty. Each item being handmade will have imperfections. No two items will be the same. 

Please check your postal address is correct before paying, I can only post to the address on PayPal. I can not be held responsible for any wrong addresses. This can be annoying I know, but this is buyer and seller protection. Payment will need to be made in 24 hours of receiving invoice. Failure to pay within this time means the invoice will be cancelled and the item will be put back on sale.
